This Privacy Policy explains how Biohack Boardroom (“we”, “us”, “our”), operated from Jersey, Channel Islands, collects and uses your personal information when you visit biohackboardroom.com or buy our products.

- Order details — when you buy. Payment and billing are handled by our provider Gumroad (below); we never collect or store your card details.

- To send emails you opted in to (unsubscribe any time).
- To understand and improve how the site is used.
- To meet our legal and tax obligations.
Payments
Purchases are processed by Gumroad, Inc., which acts as Merchant of Record for our orders and handles payment, billing and tax under its own privacy policy. We receive order confirmations but never your full card information.
Email marketing
We use MailerLite to manage our email list. If you subscribe, your email is stored with MailerLite and used only for the content you opted in to. Every email has an unsubscribe link.
Cookies and analytics
We use cookies and analytics tools (such as Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity) to understand site usage. Manage your preferences via the consent banner and your browser settings.
Sharing
We share data only with the providers that run the business (e.g. Gumroad, MailerLite, analytics providers) and where required by law. We do not sell your personal information.
