Who I Am And Why I’m Doing This

At 28, I’m rebuilding from the ground up after 3 knee surgeries, multiple concussions, and the loss of my rugby career. I currently work in finance at Gen II (previously 5 years at PwC) whilst simultaneously experimenting with every recovery protocol, diet strategy, and supplement I could find.
